Ke Ali‘i Pauahi envisioned education as a means to empower ‘ōiwi leaders and, through their contributions, help ensure a thriving and self-determined future for our lāhui. More than a century later, that vision continues to guide the work of Ke Kula ‘o Kamehameha and its Office of Advancement. Ke Ali‘i Pauahi embraced her kuleana to her people as her royal charge predetermined by the generations of ali‘i that led before her. By fulfilling that kuleana, she established a kahua: a foundation for haumāna to stand on that they are called to grow and strengthen throughout their lives. Join us and fulfill your kuleana by making a gift today!
